• A major appliance will not come on at all or all the lights & electrical outlets in a room are not working.

  Check the breaker in the panel box.  Turn the breaker off & back on.  If it does not come on, call the office or submit a maintenance request online.

• None of the outlets in a room are working.

  Find the outlet in the unit with a Reset button and press that. If that does not work, call the office or submit a maintenance request online.

• There is a major leak coming from a toilet, underneath a sink, or a hot water heater.

  Turn off water at valve and call the office.

• Toilet is running constantly.

  Turn water to toilet off at valve behind the tank. Call office or submit a maintenance request online.

• Toilet is clogged.

  Use plunger to plunge toilet. If our assistance is needed to unclog toilet there will be a minimum $50 charge.

• Garbage Disposal is not working.

  Turn disposal off. Check that there is nothing inside the disposal (utensils, bottle caps, glass, etc.). Press reset button on bottom side of disposal. If this does not work & assistance is needed to unlock disposal blades, there will be a minimum $50 charge.

• Air conditioning is not cooling & outside unit is frozen over.

  Turn A/C to Off. Turn Fan to On so the unit will thaw. Call the office or submit a maintenance request online.
